The law of attraction states that you attract what you really are. How do you feel inside? How you feel on the inside is what you create on the outside, a world transformed and created by your energy, either positive or negative and that is the kind of people you attract. There are a few ways to help you align with your true self in order to attract that perfect partner and relationship.
Find and embrace your true nature. Meditation and holistic practices are healthy and effective ways to connect with well, you. By working on your energy and discovering what you really are and what you really want will help center you and make you feel whole, not desperate, clingy, upset, or any other negative emotions you might be releasing, even without knowing it.
Recognize and defeat your barriers. Barriers are created from self-doubt, or feeling like we cannot have something or can only attract a certain type of person. We limit ourselves with our fears which ruins a connection to anything positive, including relationships. The next time you feel like you can “only attract people that are already taken,” question that logic. Are all people really taken? The answer is no, you just have a barrier put up and that is what you believe. Destroy doubts and fears by questioning them, and your relationships will flourish.
Finding your true self and understanding you, as well as then destroying doubts and fears will transform your thoughts and energy into positive factors, and lead to an attraction with someone that is much healthier and better for you.
